Cyclist Care Toronto | Bike Fit, Cycling Injuries & Performance
More Than a Bike Fit—Complete Care for Every Cyclist
Toronto Based Professional Bike Fitting, Cycling Injury Treatment and Performance Optimization in Toronto
A professional bike fit should do far more than adjust your saddle height or handlebar position. Every cyclist is unique, and lasting comfort, injury prevention and performance come from understanding both the rider and the bicycle. At Toronto Bike Fits, I combine advanced bike fitting with comprehensive clinical assessment to identify why you’re experiencing pain, numbness, reduced power or recurring injuries—not just where they occur.
Whether your goal is to ride your first charity event, complete a Gran Fondo, prepare for Ironman or race competitively, every recommendation is based on how your body moves on and off the bike.
Unlike traditional bike fitting studios or healthcare clinics that focus on only one part of the problem, I evaluate every factor that can influence your riding, including bicycle setup, movement quality, previous injuries, spinal mechanics, workplace ergonomics, strength deficits and training habits.
This comprehensive approach allows cyclists to improve comfort, reduce injuries and maximize performance while building a body that can continue riding for years to come.
Why Cyclists Travel Across Toronto to See Dr. Ritza
Most bike fitters are experts in bicycles.
Most healthcare professionals are experts in the human body.
Few have extensive training and experience in both.
As a Correctivce Chiropractor with advanced bike fitting certification and years of experience working exclusively with cyclists, I provide something unique in Toronto: one comprehensive assessment that evaluates every factor influencing your comfort, injury risk and performance.
Whether your problem originates from your bicycle, your movement patterns, a previous injury or your work posture, the goal is to identify and address the true cause—not simply adjust one component and hope the problem resolves.
When our athletes have a problem with their body, we can also provide integrative and comprehensive Corrective Chiropractic care to address the root cause of their body’s dysfunction. We have worked with hundreds of cyclists on an acute and on-going basis to help optimize their health and performance.
Why Cyclists Choose Toronto Bike Fits
Unlike traditional bike fitting studios or general healthcare clinics, every recommendation comes from someone who understands both the rider and the machine.
As a chiropractor with advanced cycling-specific training and thousands of hours working with cyclists, I evaluate:
- your bicycle
- your riding position
- your movement quality
- spinal mechanics
- joint mobility
- muscle control
- previous injuries
- training load
- work ergonomics
- daily habits
Because these systems influence one another.
The position that produces the most power may not be the healthiest.
Likewise, treating the body without addressing bicycle position often leads to recurring injuries. The goal is to optimize both.
